Dear Valued Customer,

As part of system optimization activity to maintain efficient utilization of Thuraya’s resources, a deactivation activity will be carried out at the end of December 2022 for all SIMs, non-active for the last 3 years. All prepaid Land Voice lines, which have not performed any activity since 1 January 2020 will be considered non-existent, and subsequently deactivated on 31 December 2022.

This is in line with the business rule for ‘Deactivations of SIMs Dormant for 3 years,’ communicated in July 2019, and a subsequent activity in December 2019. 

All other applicable policies will remain unchanged.
